Refund Policy – Honest & Fair

1. The “No-Go” Zone (No Refunds) Because Crypto Mastery is a digital product, once you download it, it’s in your hands. We cannot “take it back.” Therefore, we do not offer refunds for:

• Buyer’s Remorse: “I thought I would like this” or “I don’t have time to read it.”
• Market Changes: “Bitcoin crashed, so I don’t need the guide anymore.”
• Technical Proficiency: “I don’t know how to open the PDF” (Check our help section first!).
• Duplicate Purchases: Accidentally buying it twice.

2. The “Go” Zone (Refunds Approved) We stand by the quality of our work. You are eligible for a refund if:

• Corrupted File: The download link is broken, or the file is damaged and cannot be opened.
• Duplicate Charge: We accidentally charged your card twice (contact us immediately).
• Misrepresentation: The content is fundamentally different than described (e.g., you paid for the “Pro” version but got the “Basic” one).

3. The 14-Day “Try Before You Commit” Window: We know crypto education is an investment. If you haven’t downloaded the ebook, or if the file is defective, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. After that, the license is yours, and the decision is final.

7. Explain briefly why you’re requesting it.
8. We’ll review and respond within 48 business hours.
9. Crypto Payments: If you paid with Bitcoin, Ethereum, or USDT, refunds will be processed in the same currency (if possible) or as store credit, depending on market volatility at the time of the refund. We cannot guarantee the exact fiat value of the refund due to crypto price swings.
